Ministerial Decree No. 343 validating the Regulation on state registration of plant species.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Register of plant species shall be the system of continuously renewable information on plant varieties, quantity, geographic propagation, qualitative and quantitative characteristics and use of wild growing plants. State Register shall include all vascular wild growing plants and mushrooms that are considered protected and endangered species. State Register shall contain data on the following groups of plant species: (a) wild growing medicinal and ornamental plants, and also on edible plant species; (b) wild growing plants used for technical purposes; (c) plant species of natural pastures and hayfields.
