Ministerial Decree No. 333 validating the Regulation on the development of forest ecosystems.

This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on the development of forest ecosystems under the jurisdiction of the State Environmental Protection and Forestry Agency with a view of conservation and development of forest ecosystems and rational forest management. Department shall carry out the following tasks: (a) ensuring appropriate qualitative state of forest ecosystems, extension of forest cover and development of innovative forest management methods; (b) inventory of forest resources; (c) prevention of possible negative impact of economic activities on forest ecosystems; (d) prevention of forest fires; and (e) access to information related to forestry.
