The Uzbek State Inspectorate shall: (a) implement state energy saving programmes; (b) enforce legislative provisions on the sale and use of oil products and natural gas; (c) supervise the use of oil products and gas; (d) carry out registration of oil and gas wells; and (e) issue licences to suppliers of natural gas.
