Ministry of Public Health shall be responsible for definition of “risk groups” of infectious animal diseases and preventive vaccination against them, and information of the Government on quarantine and particularly dangerous diseases. The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for enforcement of veterinary and sanitary regulations in the process of slaughtering. Local government shall be responsible for registration of livestock for vaccination purposes and issuance of veterinary and sanitary documentation for slaughtering.
