Article 2, on the other hand, lists out the ingredients allowed for the processing of pasta stuffing (such as meat, milk, fish products, oils, food flour). Article 4 lays down the conditions of containers to be used during transport. Article 5 lays down provisions in matter of labelling. The Decree shall not apply to special fresh and dry pasta lawfully produced or marketed in the Member States.
