Resumen

The Government decrees as follows: 1). Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Taxes and Dues, Ministry of Commerce, Federal Tax Police and other Federal Executive Bodies are authorixed to carry out removal from illegal circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol products and spirituous liquors and its acknowledgement as ownerless in accordance with the legislation currently in force. 2). To establish that ethyl alcohol, alcohol products and spirituous liquors removed from illegal circulation and pending the decision for its confiscation and further use is stored at the depots determined by law enforcement authority. 3). Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Taxes and Dues, Federal Tax Police, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Public Health in accordance with Regional Executive Bodies must establish the modalities of the disposal of confiscated alcohol products and spirituous liquors that can't be processed.
