Ministerial Decree No. 153 validating the Regulation on issuance of authorization for the use of place of origin of commodities and use of registered trademarks.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of compilation, submittal and examination of applications for registration and issuance of authorization for use of place of origin of commodities. The right of submittal of application for registration the place of origin of commodities shall be granted to natural and legal persons present in the geographic area requested for registration on condition that the commodity meets the established requirements. The application shall be submitted to the authorized state institution in the sphere of intellectual property.
