Ministerial Decree No. 146 regarding program of soybean production.

The Council of Ministers, for the purpose of increase soybean production and augmentation of processing output, decrees to validate program of soybean production. Regional and provincial executive bodies of the areas of growing soybean are recommended to elaborate regional and provincial programs of soybean production and provide for their implementation. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Committee of Food and Processing Industry as main customers of the program of production and processing of soybean must draw in enterprises, organizations and departments through contracts and tenders for scientific and technical research, soybean production, building of enterprises and workshops for processing of soybean. The aforesaid Ministry and Committee supervise the utilization of investment credits conceded on preferential terms.
