Ministerial Decree No. 143/2011 on the organization of fish exports and determining its kinds.

This Decree is composed of 8 articles and it sets forth the management of fish exports . Article 1 prohibits the export of some living aquatic resources as listed in that article. Article 2 states that owners of vehicles, companies, and institutions licensed to engage in trading activity and marketing of living aquatic resources should be certified by the ministry and can be allowed to export the amount equal to the amount marketed in the local markets. Article 6 is concerned with the role of the companies and institutions in the marketing of fish locally. Any violations to the provisions of this Regulation with be penalized according to the Regulations for the fishing Law and the protection of aquatic living resources.
