Ministerial Decree No. 1106 validating the Regulation on the Committee on State Energetic Supervision.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Committee on State Energetic Supervision shall be the authorized state institution carrying out special executive and supervision functions, and also guidance with a view of ensuring safe management, distribution and consumption of energy. The Committee shall carry out the following tasks: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of energy production, distribution and consumption; (b) monitoring of energy losses; (c) inspection; and (d) supervision over compliance with licensing terms and conditions in the sphere of energy.
