Ministerial Decree No. 110 validating the Regulation on the authorized state institution for communal services.

This Ministerial Decree designates the Uzbek agency Uzbkommunhizmat as the state institution for communal services, responsible for: (a) implementing state policy on communal services; (b) ensuring reliable interregional water supply systems and a stable gas supply; (b) implementing the unified state technical policy on the collection, recycling and disposal of domestic waste; (c) monitoring compliance with legislation related to communal services; and (d) conducting research and development on interregional water and gas supply systems.
