The Decree establishes the accompanying documentation for the establishment and operation of fumigation centers and mobile fumigation booths. Among these, an environmental impact assessment study is requested. The documentation must be submitted for approval and issuance of a permit to operate to the competent authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and the local authorities. The authorization is provided by the Committee established according to the provisions of article 8 to Presidential Decree No. 967/1977.
