Ministerial Decree No. 1095 validating the requirements for determination of the boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the requirements for determination and mapping of boundaries of land areas containing objects of cultural heritage with a view of conservation and protection of such objects. The aforesaid boundaries shall be established in accordance with scientific and historical substantiation and the materials related thereto must contain the following elements: (a) data on location of the objects of cultural heritage recorded in the state register of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) type of construction of historical settlements; (c) mapping and graphic representation of land-use planning structure; and (d) analysis of composition and visual links.
