It establishes that in case of exposure of the aforesaid offence to identify owners of agricultural animals and poultry and to apply civil, administrative and criminal liability to the culprits. Means of destruction of agricultural crops shall be arrested until complete compensation to the owners of agricultural crops. The Ministry of Interior shall carry out organizational and preventive arrangements for the prevention of destruction of crops by agricultural animals.
