Resumen

This Methodical Instruction requires state veterinary inspectors to examine: (a) projected capacity of the enterprise; (b) range of manufactured products; (c) sanitary state of the facilities and adjacent territory; (d) observance of hygienic, sanitary and veterinary requirements; (e) observance of sanitary slaughtering procedures and disinfection of slaughtering premises; (f) compliance with sanitary and veterinary requirements on the transport of animals; (g) veterinary and sanitary examination of animals; (h) compliance with sanitary requirements for the transport of milk and dairy products; (i) quality control of milk and dairy products; and (j) accuracy of meat marking and labelling; and (k) registration of the results of veterinary and sanitary testing of foodstuffs (for collective agricultural markets).
