In identifying the measures required by this Regulation, the employer shall take into account risk assessment and requirements as prescribed by other specified Regulations. The employer shall take appropriate measures to minimise the risks inherent in the work equipment for work at height. The Regulations also defined duties of workers. When a ship which is not a Bermuda ship is in Bermuda waters, a relevant inspector may inspect that ship to ascertain whether the standards required in relation to Bermuda ships by these Regulations are met in relation to that ship.
