Measures for administration of central finance funds for agricultural production disaster relief and flood control and drought relief.

These Measures are enacted to strengthen the fund management of the central government's relief subsidies for agricultural production disaster and extra large flood control and drought, improve the efficiency of the use of funds. According to the scale of disaster relief funds, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Water Resources, and the Ministry of Land and Resources shall determin specific expenditures for agricultural production disaster relief, extreme flood control and drought relief, and geological disaster relief, and will make overall arrangements based on the disaster situation. The use and management of disaster relief funds shall fully meet the relevant requirements for the disclosure of budget information.
