For the purpose of the present act “Maritime Provinces” mean the Province of Nova Scotia, the Province of New Brunswick and the Province of Prince Edward Island. The government of the maritime provinces shall, inter alia, meet the needs of future generations by following the principles of sustainable development. The text consists of 9 sections.
