Entry into force notes

This Legislative Decree came into force on 21 July 2012.

Resumen

This Legislative Decree applies to products having a significant direct or indirect impact on energy consumption. It lays down provisions on end-user information, particularly by means of labelling and standard product information, on the consumption of energy and, where relevant of other essential resources during use, and supplementary information concerning energy-related products. The aim is to allow end-users to choose more efficient products.
