Entry into force notes

This Decree enters into force on February 27 2018.

Resumen

This Decree amends several provisions and rules concerning port authorities referred to in the Law of 28 January 1994, n. 84. In particular it focuses on the changes made to the port planning instruments and the procedures for their implementation. The new port master plan is composed of the system-wide strategic planning document (Document di pianificazione strategica di sistema - DPSS) and the individual master plans of every port. The port authorities ensure that the port master plan is harmonized with the general plan for transportation and logistics, the national strategic plan for ports and logistics as well as the relevant European directives and guidelines.
