Resumen The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection and preservation of nature and cultural heritage. In particular, article 1 establishes that nature and landscape as well as cultural heritage shall be protected and preserved. Impaired nature or landscape shall be – as far as reasonably possible – restored.
