This Law enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Law establishes the competent authority and duties of the competent authority for the correct and necessary implementation (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) of the Council Regulation (EU) no. 649/2012 of the European Parliament of 4 July 2012, concerning the export and import of dangerous chemicals (text with EEA relevance).
