Resumen This Law is designed to promote the use of timber to prevent global warming, create a recycling-oriented society, conserve forest land, recharge water sources and perform other multi-functional functions, and activate the economy of mountain villages and other regions. In order to promote the use of timber in public buildings, etc. in view of contributing to the development of public buildings, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism have established basic policies, etc. By taking measures to ensure appropriate supply, etc., a sustainable and healthy development of forestry is required through ensuring the appropriate supply and use of timber, thereby contributing to the proper maintenance of forests and the improvement of the self-sufficiency rate of timber.
