Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (with some exceptions, see the provisions of article 70).

Resumen

This Law here regulates the necessary aims and contents, forms and planning, types and procedures of general inspection supervision, including the powers and obligations of participants in such inspection control tasks (also environment, plants, animals and other sectors, not meant for food governed by special Laws).
