Resumen

This Law, in accordance with Article 94 of the Constitution of Georgia and the Law of Georgia on the Basic Principles of the System of Fees, defines the types and rates, and the procedure and deadlines for the payment of the fees set for registration as established by law. A registration fee is a mandatory payment to the Budget of Georgia, which is payable by natural and legal persons in accordance with the procedure and in the amount established by this Law, for granting the right to carry out activities and/or to use products and goods provided for by law, as well as for services provided to natural and legal persons by state bodies. The Law then provides a list of government entities, their services and the associated fees. Among others, the fees are provided for registration of vehicles, pharmaceutical products, legal entities (including cooperatives), maritime services, and preparing cadastre maps when registered land ownership.
