This Law determines the general principles of issuing, receiving and using grants. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); General principles of issuing a grant (II); Taxation of grants (III); and Transitional and final provisions (IV). A grant is defined as monetary or natural means transferred for a specific purpose for free from a donor to a beneficiary which is used for the implementation of a specific humanist, educational, scientific-research, healthcare, cultural, sports, ecological, agricultural development and social projects, as well as programs of the state and public importance.
