Law No.ZRU-76 regulating non-governmental organizations.

The Act regulates the activity of non-governmental non-commercial organizations, ensures legal protection and state support thereof. It consists of five Chapters divided into 18 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) basic guarantees; (3) protection of legal interests; (4) state support; (5) conclusive provisions. Non-governmental non-commercial shall be applicable to all non-governmental entities carrying out the activities authorized by law in accordance with their statute. The state shall ensure the right of access to, study, distribution and storage of information and to submit request of information to the governmental bodies. The officials must provide non-governmental non-commercial organizations with legislative information, official documentation and decisions pertaining to the sphere of activity thereof. Intellectual rights of the non-governmental non-commercial organizations shall be protected by law. The state can support non-governmental non-commercial organizations by subsidies.
