Resumen Article 30 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 30. Limited water use. Limited water use shall be established for all water users. Water use limits shall be established in accordance with sources, basin irrigation systems, main water systems, irrigation systems, branches of economy, territories and specific water users and, in particular, as regards groundwater – by agreement with the authorized body on geology, mineral resources and the state mining supervision. Water use limits set by the authorized state agricultural and water institutions shall be compulsory for all water users irrespectively of the departmental subordination thereof. For the purpose of the maintenance of water distribution system, staff, conservation and renewal of waterbodies along with limited water use shall be applicable partially charged or completely charged water use.
