Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.

Resumen

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "The modalities of licensing of subsoil management, including issuance, renewal, suspension, cancellation, transfer of licenses, and also terms and conditions of licenses, supervision, collection of licensing royalties and charges, shall be regulated by the national legislation on subsoil management".
