Resumen This Law, consisting of 9 Chapters, creates the State Fund for Support to the Development of Small Rural Settlements under the Department of Rural Development, Fisheries and Cooperatives. This Fund is entitled to allow agricultural financing to be used to guarantee loans, invest resources in agricultural partnerships, grant funding, provide resources for Scholarships not returnable under "Scholarship Program Rural Youth" as well as strengthen cooperatives, associations, small farms, farmers, agrarian reform settlements, indigenous and fishery communities and rural quilombos for rural development.
