Resumen This Law provides for the inspection and control to be carried out on the production and trade of plant propagative materials. It consists of 11 articles establishing the aforementioned activity in order to guarantee quality standards of these products to be traded within the national territory. Sanctions and penalties to be paid for illegal activity are specified in the text.
