Law No. 5479-VI “On agrarian receipts”.

This Law regulates relations in the process of legalization, issuing, circulating and acting of agricultural receipts, registration thereof and is aimed at setting forth legal, economic, organizational conditions for the functioning of these document. Agricultural receipt shall be intended title deed setting obligation of the debtor guaranteed by mortgage to deliver agricultural commodities or pay equivalent in cash. Agrarian receipts can be issued entitled to ownership or tenancy to plots of agricultural land. Financial agricultural receipt establishes obligation of the debtor to pay monetary amount exclusively by bank transfer. Agricultural receipt establishes the modalities of guaranteeing fulfilment of obligations by debtor through mortgage of the future yield.
