Resumen The following amendments must be introduced into the Law No.2114-XII on collective agricultural enterprises: a) Paragraph 1 of the issue 1 of the article 9 must be supplemented with the following paragraph “Specification of the contents and value of property shares of the members of enterprises, including the privatized ones, must be carried out in accordance with methodical instructions validated by the Cabinet of Ministers.” b) Paragraph 1 of the issue 3 of the same article acquires a new wording: “In case of secession from enterprise its members have the rights to share in kind, money or securities in accordance with the amount and structure of the stock of shares, or in other forms by agreement of the parties.” c) article 31 must be supplemented with issue 8 of the following wording: “Objects of the social sphere, housing facilities, including unfinished construction sites, as well as internal land reclamation systems, that are not subject to share-holding in the process of the reorganization of such enterprises and are transferred to balance accounts of enterprises-legal successors, must be transferred free-of-charge to communal authorities in accordance with the modalities established by the Cabinet of Ministers”.
