Resumen This Law, consisting of 23 articles and 2 Annexes, creates the Territorial Management Programme (PGT/MS) and approves the first Economic Ecological Zoning of the State (EEZ). This Programme PGT/MS aims at the following objectives: financing development activities within the State; incorporating the socio-economic development in the sustainable land settlement; promoting the effective integration of the territorial dimension in development policies and strategic plans; leading the sustainable exploitation of natural resources and environment; incentivizing priority development programmes and projects for the State; promoting the obligation of environmental authorization, granting subsidies to the improvement of local infrastructures, logistic and public services, etc. Annexes specify the Regulation of the EEZ and lay down the map of the area.
