Law No. 21.968 establishing the Multi-Year Plan of Governmental Action for the quadrennium 2016-2019 (PPAG 2016-2019).

This Law, consisting of 16 articles and five Annexes, establishes the Multi-Year Plan of Governmental Action for the quadrennium 2016-2019 (PPAG 2016-2019). This Action Plan, is a normative instrument for planning the medium-term state public administration and defines the State's scope of action for the four-year period, in particular for agricultural, water and livestock sectors, through governmental programmes and actions. Annexes I to IV integrate this Law in the following terms: Annex I contains the State public administration programmes, organized by Development Territory defined in Minas Gerais Integrated Development Plan (PMDI); Annex II contains the programmes and actions of the State public administration, organized by governmental sector; Annex III contains the PPAG programmes and actions organized by sector; Annex IV contains the amendments introduced in the scope of the Legislative Power to be incorporated by the Executive Power to the Annexes I to III. PPAG 2016-2019 organizes the governmental actions aiming to meet the strategic objectives defined for each one of the areas and axes coming from the process of elaboration of the PMDI. New Annex V deals with Legislative Power of the State Programme on Cooperatives related to Family Agriculture and Family Agroindustry; State in the field of Productive, Scientific and Technological Development.
