This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Resumen

This Law, consisting of 25 articles divided into three Chapters, provides for the sanitary authorization of Small agroindustrial establishments within the State. This Law establishes the requirements for small agroindustrial establishments requiring sanitary authorization issued by the competent control body or entity. It specifies the different health control and sanitary bodies responsible for issuing sanitary authorization as follows: for establishment of plant origin products; for establishment of animal origin products, with or without of plant origin products; for mixed establishments, the competence referred to in this article shall be exercised by the specific bodies or entities. It also defines small agroindustrial establishments as a property under the management of a family farmer or rural producer, individually or collectively, with a constructed area of ​​up to 250m², which produces and process, pack, store, transport, process or expose products of plant and animal origin for marketing purposes; the family farmer is defined as Federal Law No. 11.326 of 24 July 2006, which establishes the guidelines for the formulation of the National Policy for Family Agriculture and Rural Family Enterprises.
