Resumen This Law establishes the State Policy for the Valorization of Women in the Countryside. The State policy aims at the promotion of women's rural activity, their qualified inclusion in agricultural activity with the development of actions that result in their empowerment, productive capacity and professional potential. The policy has the following objectives: boost the qualified inclusion of women rural workers, with the promotion of events aimed at training, profession and strengthening their rural work; the woman, head of a rural establishment, will have priority in access to resources, subsidies and public policies aimed at Agriculture; provide sustainable economic and social development of rural establishments headed by women, improving the quality of life of families and reducing inequalities; promote preventive actions and combat domestic violence, gender violence and property violence in the countryside; guarantee women psychosocial assistance, in their productive capacity, in their feelings, in their mental and physical potential, and in their professional and family role as a rural producer; promote equality of gender, race, ethnicity and generation, etc. Texto completo Portugués Página web legis.alepe.pe.gov.br
