This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Resumen

This Law amends and adds new provisions to the Unified State System for Small-scale and Family Farming Agroindustrial Health of the State of Mato Grosso, linked to the State Secretariat of Family Farming and Land Affairs (SEAF/MT). Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings; composition and duties of the Municipal Health Surveillance - Municipal Health Secretariat, responsible for Sanitary Inspection, Inspection and Monitoring of Products of Plant Origin, according to current health legislation; safety and integrity of the final product, guiding the edition of Norms and Technical Instructions, in which the sanitary condition evaluation will be based on technical and scientific parameters of Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitary Inspection, etc.
