This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Resumen

This Law, consisting of 21 articles, provides for the sanitary and industrial inspection of products of animal origin in the State of Roraima. Inspection and monitoring shall be carried out on industrial infrastructures, covering the industrial and health aspects of products of animal origin, edible and non-edible, whether or not added to plant products, prepared, processed, deposited or in transit. Industrial establishments and warehouses of products of animal origin may only operate under the Federal and State legislation in force and upon prior registration of Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply (SEAAB). Inspection and monitoring will be carried out, among others on: animals intended for slaughter, their products, by-products and raw materials; fish and fish products; milk and milk products; eggs and their derivatives; bee honey, the wax and its derivatives.
