Entry into force notes: This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen: This Law confirms the official adoption of the rules and provisions brought by the Protocol between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Czech Republic on cooperation in the field of energy and infrastructure (originally signed in Podgorica, Montenegro, on 12 July 2016) and related to the more efficient and ecologically more responsible energy production (and related infrastructural and other issues) in conformity with the requirements of the EU Regulations and Directives.
