Resumen

This Law defines Sweden's sea territory. Sweden's sea territory includes internal waters and the territorial sea. It is delimited by other states' sea territories in accordance with bilateral agreements on the national border. The border of the sea territory in the sea is shown in Schedule 1. Inland waters are waters on the landward side of the baselines, whereas the territorial sea extends 12 nautical miles seaward from those baselines. The baselines consist of normal or straight baselines in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and in accordance with other international law and are drawn at a low water line along the coast at the level of -0.5 meters expressed in the Swedish height system RH 2000. The baseline lines are shown in Schedule.
