The text lays out for various aspects of the employment relationship, including contracts, wages, working hours, leave, termination, dispute resolution, and workers’ rights and obligations. The page also establishes the Labour and Employment Relations Tribunal, the Labour Advisory Board, and the Labour Commissioner as the authorities for implementing and enforcing the Act.
