Resumen

These Regulations amend the Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs Regulations in order to put them in line with the provisions of Commission Directive 2013/20/EU, which adapts certain directives in the field of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary policy, by reason of the accession of Croatia to the European Union. In particular they replace the text in the eight schedule, which concerns names under which foodstuff which have been treated with ionizing radiation are sold in all the European Union languages. The text in the ninth schedule (on the term of the “use by” date) is replaced too.
