The INDC adopts both (i) mitigation and (ii) adaptation measure to reduce by 2030 its per capita greenhouse gas emissions of 26% below the level in 2005. The mitigation measures will concern (i) energy efficiency foreseeing a 17% reduction in electricity consumption; (ii) 17% of the electricity generated from renewable sources; and (iii) public transport with a 20% shift from private to public transportation.
