The Federal Government shall establish a Wildlife Management Board (sects. 3 and 4). Restrictions on hunting are provided for in section 6. It shall also be prohibited to use hawks or dogs without a special licence (sect. 7). Sections 9-14 set out provisions on the possession of wild animals, trophies or meat including: certificates of lawful possession; transfer restrictions; import and export restrictions; trade restrictions. The Federal Government may declare any area under its property or over which it has proprietary rights to be a wildlife sanctuary, a national park or a game reserve. Unless in possession of a special authorization, the acts provided for in sections 20-22 shall be prohibited in the aforementioned areas. Final provisions concern offences and relevant penalties to be applied in case of contravention.
