Resumen

The document determines the substance, the requirements regarding the precision, the modalities of accomplishment, control, formal acceptance and legalisation of the results of land-surveying practice. These Instructions are destined for physical and juridical persons that carry out land survey practice irrespectively of the departmental affiliation. The document consists of 16 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the substance of land-surveying practice. Section 3 regards geodetic basis and establishes the requirements regarding the precision of land-surveying practice. Section 4 establishes the requirements for the fixation of the boundaries of the plot o land. Section 5 deals with preparatory work. Section 6 concerns field inspection of geodetic support posts and boundary-marks. Section 7 regards elaboration of technical project. Section 8 regards information of landlords, land owners and tenants of land survey. Section 9 regards fixation and concordance of the boundaries of the plot of land. Section 10 deals with determination of the co-ordinates of boundary marks. Section 11 concerns the calculation of the surface of the plot of land. Section 12 regards mapping of boundaries of the plot of land. Section 13 regards control and formal acceptance of the documentation of land-surveying by the producer. Section 14 deals with state control over the installation and preservation of boundary marks. Section 15 regards the modalities of appeal against the outcome of land survey. Section 16 regards putting together land survey file. The document contains 3 Annexes.
