Instruction on connection to water supply and drainage systems.

This Instruction establishes technical requirements for the connection of networks and water supplying equipment to the centralized water supply and drainage systems, and also the modalities of issuing the authorization for such connection. The owner of the water supply and drainage system and the client shall agree on water quality standards and requirements for effluent waste water to be discharged into the municipal drainage system. The authorization for the connection to water supply and drainage systems shall be issued or rejected within ten days from the date of request submittal. The Instruction contains the form of request.
