Instruction of State Committee on Geology and Mineral Resources “On state registration of geological exploration works”

This Instruction sets forth the modalities of registration of works related to geological exploration of subsoil by natural and legal persons, including foreign nationals. It shall be applicable to all types of geological exploration. State registration requires mandatory supply of information and data by natural and legal persons performing geological exploration of subsoil. State registration of geological exploration shall include systematization and updating of data contained in reports, maps and other materials.
