To these ends it makes provision for the identification of places where exotic and mithun bulls shall be stationed and distributed, and for the declaration of the areas to be covered by such bulls. Local bulls found fit for breeding purposes shall not be vasectomized nor castrated and shall be registered with the Office of the Dzongdag. The approved animal shall be kept under regular health inspection, with particular regard to contagious or infectious diseases. Final provisions concern the obligation of the farmers to report immediately to the nearest Veterinary Centre in case of any outbreak of animal disease.
