Resumen These Regulations set forth the criteria for the recognition of breeders' associations and the acceptability conditions for registering horses in herd books. A breeders' association which maintains or establishes herd books, in order to be officially recognized, must meet the criteria prescribed in article 3. For registering in the herd book of its breed, the animals must meet the conditions of article 4.
